This tasty fruit of the spiny, felty plant consists of about 100 mini fruits, each with a seed. Raspberries are delicious and high in fibre among whole foods.

Cacao

Chocolate is made from the beans of the cacao fruit. Cacao beans are considered a superfood containing a wealth of antioxidants and essential vitamins and minerals. They create their delicious flavors during the fermentation and roasting process.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon has a long history of use in traditional medicine as a digestive aid. This delicious spice with roots in Sri Lanka is actually the bark of a specific tree species. It's fragrant aroma compliments the cacao beautifully.

Lemon Balm

The leaves of this cheerful herb have a notorious reputation to ban moodiness, melancholy and depression. The fresh citrus fragrance balances out the rich cacao notes.

Carob beans

Carob beans are traditionally known as a chocolate substitue but these highly aromatic and digestion improving beans also compliment the cacao to create an even richer flavor experience.
